Title Transfer Holding | Obama preparing to penalize Russia for hacking

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration is preparing to penalize Russia over the hacking of Democratic officials during this year's presidential election and could take action very soon, officials said Wednesday.
Anticipating an imminent announcement, Russia continued to deny the hacking allegations and condemned reports of new sanctions as "provocation directed by the White House.”
Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told reporters: "To be honest, we are tired of lie about the 'Russian hackers,' which is being poured down in the United States from the very top."
President Obama told reporters earlier this month he would retaliate against the Russians but noted that his actions may or may not be made public.
"Our goal continues to be to send a clear message to Russia or others not to do this to us, because we can do stuff to you," the president said.
The Obama administration and U.S. intelligence agencies have accused Russia of getting involved in the election in an effort to help Donald Trump win. Read More......

Title Transfer Holding | New regulations that could impact your finances in 2017

The New Year rings in a few federal regulations that could impact your wallet and savings accounts.
With no major tax legislation taking effect in 2017, the changes are not as drastic as in past years. For example, Roth and Traditional IRA contribution limits will stay the same, capped at $5,500 for individuals under 50 years old and an additional $1,000 contribution for individuals 50 and over.

“This is a pretty quiet year,” says Eddie Patat, a CPA and owner of Turner and Patat, an accounting firm in Athens, Ga.
However, low-wage employees, individuals who work with financial advisers, college students, and Hurricane Matthew victims could earn and save a bit more, with these four rules and tax benefits in 2017.
Higher minimum wage
Millions of workers will pocket more each week due to minimum wage increases in 21 states.
The first state to do so will be New York, raising its minimum wage from $9 hourly to up to anywhere between $9.70 and $11 per hour on Dec. 31, 2016.
Eighteen states will raise their minimum wage beginning Jan. 1, 2017: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, Ohio, South Dakota, Vermont, and Washington.
Some of these states — Alaska, Florida, Missouri, and Ohio — will see wage increases of only 5 cents per hour. However, Washington and Massachusetts will see increases of a dollar, while workers in Arizona will have an extra $1.95 added to their wages each hour.
Workers in Maryland, Oregon, and Washington, D.C., won’t see their wages rise until July 1. Read More......

Title Transfer Holding | 7 New Year's Eve getaway destinations Lonely Planet thinks are perfect to welcome 2017

With Christmas Party season in full swing, you might not have got around to thinking about your New Year's Eve plans just yet.
But if the thought of another house party where you try to avoid a midnight kiss from someone you really don't like while making up the words to Auld Lang Syne makes you wish it was 2017 already, it might be time to think bigger.
London's Thames spectacular and Edinburgh Hogmanay are the default UK destinations for a bit of a treat and some fancy fireworks, but the New Year will be welcomed all over the world, so why not set your sights on somewhere more exotic?
Lonely Planet has selected seven getaway destinations its experts think can make your 2017 start with a bang. And if you don't fancy a last-minute trip this month, start planning to join the celebrations next year...

1. Matera, Italy

Matera, in southern Italy, is a Unesco world heritage site and holds a number of open-air festivals and celebrations.
Lonely Planet says: “Explore the town’s labyrinth of narrow alleys, and look out for the Presepe Narrante Di Matera, a ‘live nativity scene’ spread over 5km featuring 150 costumed performers.”
Ryanair flies from London Stansted to Bari , which is a train ride away. An early New Year's Eve flight is available for just £20 although return flights are more pricey. Booking.com has hostel beds from £18 and B&Bs from £50.
The ghostly quiet lower district is made up of a maze of alleyways and staircases leading to around 3,000 cave and cliff dwellings called sassi that have been shaped into the rocky hillsides, probably originating in the 8th to 13th Centuries as refuges for monks.
Now, you can stay in them. Some of the rooms at the Hotel Sassi are cave rooms and are the perfect way to live like Fred Flintstone. Read More......

Title Transfer Holding | 10 smart insurance resolutions for 2017

Insurance is a financial safety net for when life just doesn’t go your way, but that doesn’t mean you should ignore it when things are going well. Here are 10 things you can do in 2017 to strengthen your net and avoid common insurance claims.

1. Make a home inventory

After a fire or natural disaster, you want the insurance claim process to go as smoothly as possible. Making a list of items in your home before a disaster occurs helps guarantee you won’t forget to claim anything, but 48% of homeowners say they don’t have an inventory, according to the Insurance Information Institute.

2. Read your insurance policies

The key to making a claim is understanding your policy. For auto and home insurance, look for the policy’s declarations page. For health insurance, look for the summary of benefits.
Make sure you understand the limits and deductibles of each policy, along with the copayments and coinsurance for health insurance.

3. Quit smoking

If you smoke, your insurers want you to quit. Both health and life insurance typically cost less for nonsmokers, and your health plan might even help by paying for counseling and medication to help you quit.
If you’re shopping for life insurance, you need to be smoke-free for at least a year to get nonsmoking rates, says Robert Wolfe, managing director of United Capital, a financial advising firm.

4. Improve your credit

Bad credit may be having a bigger impact on your car insurance bill than you realize. Credit history can impact your car insurance rates more than your driving record, according to Consumer Reports. Only California, Hawaii and Massachusetts ban the practice.
The worse your credit, “the higher the risk your insurer sees you as,” Wolfe says. Read More.......

Title Transfer Holding | The 'Big One' is coming in 2017: A total solar eclipse

NASA scientists are so pumped for the total solar eclipse of 2017, they've set up an official countdown several months out. Probably because a spectacle like this hasn't been seen from coast to coast across America in 99 years. Sean Dowling (@seandowlingtv) has more. Buzz60

The “Big One” is coming.
In astronomical circles there is no greater, more spectacularly stellar event than a total solar eclipse. And at long last, we will have one in the United States in 2017. It anchors a host of other special sights in the sky this coming year that include the planets Venus and Jupiter as well as two potentially solid meteor showers.
The new year begins with a cool conjunction of the waxing crescent moon and the dazzling planet Venus on Jan. 1. Just after sunset, you can’t miss the exquisite pairing in the southwestern sky. On Jan. 2, they’ll be back for an encore – except this time the moon will have shifted between Venus and Mars. You’ll be able to watch the planets of love and war sticking close together all through January. Also note Jan. 31 when the moon comes back around to snuggle up to Venus and Mars once more. Reasons that shows investing money in timeshare is not at all a good idea.

Timeshare Does not generate Income: To invest in a timeshare is not a great idea as per Title Transfer Holding. Timeshare does not generate as much income as any other real estate property can. Reason behind this is that you cannot make use of the property the way you want to use as you are not free to do anything separately. Timeshare has multiple owners so you are bound with some limits to use the property.  There are strict limits of time, when you can make use of the property, Rest of the time you cannot use the unit for personal use. You can rent out the property for income only in a specific period of time.

Title transfer Holding does not take it as a good idea to invest in a timeshare as there is no return. It targets only those people who cannot afford vacation properties and are financially inexperienced.

So, if you are investing money somewhere it should generate income and if it is not generating any income, it is not an investment.

Timeshares are less liquid: According to Title Transfer Holding, after purchasing most of the people realize that there are more people looking to sell timeshare than buying them. There are less chances to recover your initial investment, and if you are successful in selling a timeshare, you probably get only a fraction of what you paid for it. Most of the owners get burdened due to heavy maintenance fees throughout the years.

There by Title Transfer Holding do not consider timeshare a good idea of investing money. There are so many different ways where you can invest money and can get good investment returns.

Different types of Timeshare.

1) Fee – Fee simple type is also known as deeded system, where you buy an actual deeded interest in real estate. This kind of ownership is owned for life and owner has the right to use it, rent it or sell it. Title transfer holding explains that deeded timeshare ownership can be sold on week basis. It can also be sold as an ownership percentage in the entire resort.  In simple fee timeshare ownership, owner receives a title in perpetuity.

2) Leasehold- Leasehold agreement is same as deeded agreement as it provides same basic ownership rights, protection and interest, but the only difference is that the owner does not receive a title in perpetuity. Leasehold timeshare has a specific expiration date. This type of ownership is common in many parts of the world like Hawaii, where owner has the right on particular property for many years. Though this kind of ownerships are becoming less common as resort companies purchase full ownership rights.

3) Right to use- In right to use system you do not own any ownership interest, rather you purchase the right to use a specific unit or unit size each year. This means that right to use the property will expire after a stated number of years and the property will revert to the actual owner of the property. In some places, selling a property as deeded entity is illegal, so, in those areas, right to use is among the topmost timeshare system.  This is the prevailing type of timeshare ownership in UK and Mexico.

CONSEQUENCES OF INVESTING MONEY IN TIMESHARE- TITLE TRANSFER HOLDING

Title Transfer Holding is professionally recognized as the “go to” in the industry of timeshare cancellation. It is providing relief to its clients by cancelling their timeshare contracts and helping them to get out of the high maintenance fees of timeshare. A timeshare can be defined as a property with a particular form of ownership. These properties are typically resorts and vocational clubs in which multiple parties hold rights to use the property.
You might be thinking that how is it possible to have  multiple owners for a single property. This is the uniqueness of timeshare. Each owner is allotted a period of time when they can use the property. This period of time ranges from a week to a month and sometimes couple of months.
Title Transfer Holding further describes that timeshare unit may have different types of ownership. It could be partial ownership, lease or right to use.
